Quentin Tarantino Sued Over 'Kill Bill'

Quentin Tarantino Sued Over 'Kill Bill'Quentin Tarantino -- fresh from his Oscar loss -- is now being sued by a man who claims Q.T. ripped off his concept to create "Kill Bill."

In a lawsuit filed today, Dannez Hunter claims in 1999 he submitted a treatment to Miramax about a fictional character named Ren. Short story -- he says eventually Miramax, Harvey Weinstein and Q.T. ripped off his work, including the "concept/character name Ren." He claims Q.T. pilfered Ren witnessing her mother's sadistic murder, the knife through the mother's abdomen, and on and on.

And there's this. Hunter, who says he was from the inner city, applied for a job at Miramax but "was never given a return phone call, as numerous similar situated less qualified Jewish and White people were bestowed job after job after job."

Hunter continues his Jews-run-Hollywood themed lawsuit by alleging he was denied royalties in the "Kill Bill" franchise compared to similarly situated Whites and Jews.

Hunter wants more than a million bucks. Mazel Tov.

Reps for Tarantino had no comment.

Smithsonian May Sink to OJ Low

The suit famed killer OJ Simpson wore when he was acquitted of murder may be going to the Smithsonian Institution.

After a court hearing today, and after years of squabbling, lawyers for Simpson and Fred Goldman agreed to donate the "acquittal suit."

The judge called Simpson from prison, where he's serving time for armed robbery and kidnapping, to get his approval. Simpson's lawyer said his client agreed, provided that no one make money off the threads.

David Cook, attorney for Goldman, says, "The donation to the Smithsonian of the acquittal suit puts front and center the shock to America when justice escaped the Los Angeles courthouse. The memory of Ron Goldman shall be on permanent display."

Cook added, "If the suit is the emblematic of justice gone berserk, justice is served."

No word if the Smithsonian will accept the suit.

Judge Joe Brown Sued in 'Nookie' Case

TV's Judge Joe Brown is being sued by a man who was once a plaintiff on the show -- a man who claims Joe falsely accused him on the show of trying to pay a woman for sex.

The plaintiff, Mark Schweninger, sued a woman on "Judge Joe Brown" for $7,500, claiming he loaned her money but she didn't pay him back. According to Schweninger's lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Brown said on the show, "You were just trying to get nookie."

The suit goes on to define "nookie" as "an indecent sexual term for a woman's private parts and for sexual intercourse."

Schweninger also says Brown called him a "sucker," which he claims drew catcalls from the peanut gallery.

In addition, Schweninger alleges he was defrauded because he was led to believe Brown was a real California judge ... but he is not.

So far, no comment from His Honor or CBS But we know it's SOP in court shows to have litigants sign a binding arbitration agreement in which litigants on the show give up legal recourse once the gavel goes down.

MTV Accused of Trashing 'The Hills' Pad

The people behind "The Hills" are being sued for allegedly trashing the hell out of a rental home where they taped the show -- all because of a nasty war between Doug Reinhardt and his landlord.

MTV, Viacom Sued by Doug Reinhardt's Landlord

It all began when Reinhardt -- Paris Hilton's boyfriend -- sued his landlord back in September, claiming the guy stiffed him out of $21k from a security deposit Doug put down on a Hollywood Hills home featured on the MTV reality show.

But now, the landlord is firing back claiming Reinhardt broke his contract when he let MTV shoot "The Hills" inside the home without permission. The landlord also claims Reinhardt and MTV caused "substantial physical and other damage" to the home when taping the show.

The landlord is going after Doug, MTV and Viacom for damaging the home and invading his privacy -- plus he's accusing MTV of trespassing. He's asking for unspecified damages and attorney's fees.

Doug's rep tells us he has photographic evidence proving he didn't trash the house ... and there was "no prohibitions to filming" in his contract. The rep said the lawsuit was filed without merit.

Shaq Sued for Harassment - 'Shut Dat Bitch Up!'

Vanessa Lopez has filed her harassment lawsuit against Shaquille O'Neal in Florida, in which she claims a menacing O'Neal sent a text message to a friend, saying, "dis is da numba shut dat bitch up!"

Shaquille O'Neal and Vanessa Lopez Lawsuit

In the lawsuit, Lopez -- who claims to have been in a five-year relationship with Shaq -- says it went sour after Lopez missed her period and Shaq allegedly reacted by accusing her of sleeping with another guy.

Lopez says she ended the relationship, but then Shaq's large family -- and we're talkin' height -- got involved, making her fear for her safety. Lopez claims Shaq's 6'6" and 6'8" sisters made verbal and physical threats against her.

Lopez claims she was especially fearful of Shaq because "O'Neal is a large, powerful, wealthy man and a professional athlete" who has law enforcement connections and the right to bear arms.

And, Lopez claims, Shaq hacked into her voice mail and text messages, using sophisticated software.

As we first reported, Lopez has had run-ins with three other NBA boyfriends.

Lopez, who is repped by Gloria Allred, is suing for unspecified damages.

Story developing...

Joe Francis to the USA - Merry Xmas, You're Sued

Joe Francis believes the United States of America is out to get him, and the "Girls Gone Wild" honcho is now making a federal case of it.

Francis filed a lawsuit claiming the IRS was pissed after Joe cut a misdemeanor plea deal in his felony tax fraud case. Joe says within 3 hours of the time he walked out of the courthouse a free man, the IRS concocted a scheme to unlawfully freeze $33 million of his assets.

According to the suit, the only circumstances under which the feds can freeze assets before getting a court judgment is if it looks like the taxpayer is about to flee the country, if the taxpayer is trying to move assets out of the reach of the IRS, or if the taxpayer looks like he's about to go belly up.

Joe says there was no basis to freeze his assets, other than revenge. So he wants the federal judge to unblock his account ... and he wants lawyers fees.

Carrie to Vivid: I Said No, Stupid

Carrie Prejean has her panties in a bunch, because Vivid Entertainment won't take no for an answer.

Carrie Prejean

TMZ has obtained a letter from Carrie's lawyer, threatening to sue Vivid if it releases videos or photos of Carrie's solo, XXX greatest hits. Carrie's lawyer, Charles LiMandri, told Vivid, even though he made it clear yesterday that no means no, "...your company has apparently told the media that it plans to publish the videotapes and/or photographs of my client with or without her permission."

LiMandri left nothing to the imagination, warning Vivid Carrie will sue for invasion of privacy, misappropriation of her likeness as well as public disclosure of private facts ... if Vivid makes good on its threat.

LiMandri will also add a claim for emotional distress for good measure. And he claims some of the videos were shot when she was only 17. Her ex-boyfriend -- the guy to whom she sent the tapes -- begs to differ.

Tila Tequila Sues Ex: The Brute Bruised Me

Tila Tequila is letting her bruises do the talking in a lawsuit she just filed against her ex, NFL star Shawne Merriman.

Tila Tequila

Tila claims Shawne grabbed her, shook her like a rag doll, threw her down and choked her during an argument last September. Tila says the San Diego Chargers linebacker had a bad temper combined with a drug problem, and that he humiliated her because of her bi-sexuality.

In the lawsuit, Tila's lawyer, Cyrus Nownejad, included a photo gallery (above) showing the disparity in height and weight (Tila -- 4'11", 93 lbs. Shawne -- 6'4", 280 lbs). The photos also show bruising on her arms, which Tila says is courtesy of Shawne.

The San Diego County D.A. declined to file criminal charges.

Tila's suit -- for assault, battery, false imprisonment and emotional distress -- seeks unspecified damages.

Gina Gershon Accused of Nose Thumbing Agents

Gina Gershon Gina Gershon's former agents have just unleashed an extremely nasty attack on the actress -- claiming she "thumbed her nose" at the agency when they sent her the bill.

The Fortitude talent agency is suing Gershon because they claim they hooked the actress up with a sweet gig on Broadway but never got their 10% commission on the deal.

But the best part of the suit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, is how Fortitude unloads on Gershon's character -- saying the actress is a "user" who "chooses to forget about those people who help her in her career."

The agents claim Gina has made "several hundred thousand dollars" from the play ... but they haven't seen a penny.

They are suing for an undetermined amount.

Gina's people gave us this statement:

"This lawsuit is completely without merit. Gina Gershon paid full commission to her representatives, talent agency Innovative Artists and management company Untitled Entertainment, who helped her book the Broadway play, Boeing Boeing."

Jamie Foxx -- I Get Sued, You Pay

Jamie FoxxJust because Jamie Foxx is the host of a party, doesn't mean he's responsible if things go haywire -- at least that's what he's saying in a new lawsuit.

Foxx -- along with everyone involved in an event at club Social back in 2007 -- was sued in April after a bartender claims he suffered 170 stitches and nerve damage after falling on a bunch of broken glass.

Jamie just filed a lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court, saying he shouldn't have to pay to defend himself because it wasn't his responsibility to ensure everyone's safety at the shindig.

Foxx is suing Social, along with a number of other companies, to fork over the scratch for his legal fees.
